After an experience I would rather not re-live, I have two simple rules, even for freelance: no Windows, no Quark. I'm surprised you didn't bring it up in the interview — you can be tactical about it by asking "what kind of technology are you using?" Also a good way to find out if they're still using those Turquoise G3s and Photoshop 5.0. It helps to have some view of sunlight in some form or another, but sometimes with old buildings, that's a stretch. Great comic, even though you misspelled "better." I’ve been there, kid.
