Is it April Fool's already? Hobo is a taboo typeface. I see all poorly designed brochures, flyers, bootleg rice packages, etc use Hobo. It's worse than Copperplate Gothic in terms of shameless ubiquitousness. Maybe it's just my area where I live, but all the new (yet already failing) pubs, nightclubs, shit amusement park flyers seem to loooove Hobo. It was already a disappointment to me to see Hobo being used by A&W root beer...but now this?!?! 36 POINT???? The one and only website I go to more often than Facebook?? Sorry about this post...hope it wasn't too hurtful. I love you guys, love the podcast, love the design. I've been listening for a long time to both the Reflex Blue Show and the BADCast and I keep track of all the Taboo Typefaces in the Notes app on my iPod touch. Just as I begin making my own list of Taboo Typefaces...you use one of the top 10 on my list. Aaaaaand... DUUUUDES Cooper Black is dead. If it were any more dead, it would be walking around town as a zombie while holding Comic Sans's hand and wearing the Papyrus "O" as a scarf.
