And I'm thinking that this is maybe how the original storyboard for The Spooky Old Tree went, but since the villain didn't have pants, they opted for Plan B. 'Cause it's okay for Donald Duck to have no pants in regular scenarios, but when he gets out of the shower, he better have that towel around his waist. He better.
