Whether you like it or not, politics is/can be big business, and big business knows they need design (or should know by now, right?). Maybe you do like it. So, we decide to spend this week speaking to two Omaha-area designers that have done a bit of work in the political arena recently.
One look at the incredible design work of Justin Kemerling (the images in our header above are part of the eight social media images he mentions during the show), and it’s apparent that he’s been doing this for a while. We also bring in Jake Welchert to speak about working as a designer inside of a campaign office for close to a year (in his case, he was working directly for the Obama for America campaign in 2012).
